We are running the most recent Moodle and have used it for several years now.  Since our last upgrade we have been unable to send e-mails, especially in the Self-enrollment process.

The Moodle "site" is actually a subdirectory under our main site, www.fundacionanisa.org.  We have set up the SMTP settings according to what our host has indicated and have even created a file with the "mail" function and when we run it through the web browser, FF, we get the correct message.

Another place i'd like to look is the file where Moodle writes its sendmail settings but i don't know which one this might be.  In our Joomla! site it is config.ini but our Moodle site doesn't have a file with this name.

Any other place i should be looking?
