I am developing a site that uses the certificate and I am attempting to modify the contents, e.g., new border, seal, signature. I have created a seal and signature that have a transparent background. On the site that I want to use the certificate, these images are working fine. On a site that I am using for development/experimental purposes, the transparent images won't load, in fact they cause the certificate pop-up to hang and not show anything. If I change the transparent images (png) into transparent ones (jpg), the images load. Both sites are using Moodle 2.4.1 (Build: 20130114), though the two sites are on different hosts. This is not a big issue as the transparent images work fine on the site I want them to work on, while on the development site they don't. Would anyone have an explanation for why the transparent images won't load?
