Visvanath, thanks for pointing out that the 23 docs needed amending. I have just copied the text from the 24 docs.

Did I say that?

What I'm saying is that the subsections I quoted in my previous post are contradictory, there must be misinformation hence. I don't know the correct answer nor inclined to explore.
