help with course self enrolment

In my website I have two courses one of them is a prerequisite for the other. Both of the courses have self-enrollment enabled. I want the higher level course to deny the user access and self-enrolment unless he/she has fully completed the prerequisite course. I tried to use course completion but still no use. i'm using 2.3.4

Hi,

How about setting an enrolment key for the higher level course and having a final quiz in the prerequisite course in which you provide the enrolment key in the quiz feedback.
