See the comparison screenshot below. Top shows a view from Chrome. Bottom shows same site/user in Firefox. Note that in Chrome the option to send blocks to the dock (and indeed the entire dock) has disappeared. This happened sometime today. This issue affects multiple users on multiple PCs, so far only on Chrome. Anyone else experiencing the same thing?
Update: Issue seems to be affecting some Firefox users as well.
Furthermore, on those computer/browsers affected, most of the dropdown arrows don't seem to work (ie When I click on the arrow beside Site Adminstration, nothing happens)
Could this be theme-related? We're using Superfresh theme, but we haven't changed any settings there recently.
We had the same issue with dropdown arrows. It was caused by the Twitter widget that was added in a HTML block on the front page.
in the config file within your theme have a look through the code to see if this statment is there and also set to true
$THEME->enable_dock = true;
Thanks both of you.
The issue was resolved by clearing the cache. No idea what caused it. The config file was checked and the statement above was set to True, and we don't have a twitter widget enabled. Will keep eyes peeled. We've been importing a large number of courses from a 1.9 site. Perhaps that caused problems.
