I am not sure if this the right place for this issue but hope you can help me.

We just upgraded from Moodle 2.2.2 to 2.2.7 +  (Build: 20130214) and afterburner is our Moodle’s theme. Before the upgrade, adding a “File” and folder” work fine, since the upgrade, the teachers getting an error when they try to upload a file resource, the file dialogue box and the TinyMCE editor fails to appear so they can’t select the file to upload. The timer icon just keeps on rotating.

If the teachers press F5, It does usually appear. This issue only happens using IE8, it works fine in Chrome and Mozilla.

 I have emptied the cache as similar post has suggested but it doesn't work

Any ideas how to fix it would be much appreciated
