Web conferencing plugins (including BigBlueButton)

Hello! I'm developing a moodle course to teach about attendant phone. It would be interesting if the students could train 'answer the phone' skills. So, to do that it would be great if there was a plugin where each student could talk to each other to improve those skills.

Someone knows any plugin that provides a list of students within the moodle, then they can click in one student and start a web/phone conversation (only audio)?

The moodle version is 2.3 and It would be great if it wouldnt be necessary to log in on another accounts beyond moodle.
