Enrolment

Hi there.I don't really use Paypal but am helping someone who does. I've noticed that on the courses where Paypal is enabled as well as other enrolment methods (such as manual and self enrolment with a key) the usual Paypal icon doesn't appear on the course/index.php page. I have checked and double checked and Paypal is enabled - as a new user it is one of the options for enrolment, so that's not the issue. So why does the icon not appear? If I recall correctly, when Paypal is the ONLY enrolment option, it does appear. (Instead, the self enrolment with a key icon appears) Can we not have more than one icon per course?  Thanks for any light anyone can shed on something I might have missed!
