We use Moodle in our organization to track F2F training, so all employees are given a student role; however, some of them are teachers of our training. We have a course in which the designated teacher is unable to view the completion status of his students (they take a quiz that automatically marks them as complete if they pass) because the course completion status block shows the information normally shown to students about the progress of their completion instead of the "View course reports" link that he should see.
Is there a setting somewhere that blocks a teacher's ability to see course completions?
