Had an issue brought to my attention with the Lesson tool.
A student has attempted the lesson and got 100% in 19 seconds

Looking through the logs and what was done, it appears the student started the lesson, did the first question, clicked submit and then left the lesson through the Bibliography and last page.
It appears to record them as 100% as from all the questions they answered they got them all right, however in a total % they should only have about 2% as there are plenty more questions.
Has anyone else seen this work around for students?
Is this a bug or glitch of the lesson tool?
