The server I have my moodle on does have facility to set up a cron job, i.e. running cron.php from .../moodle/Admin/ but I can only set this job to one once a week. Support seems to want to run a cgi script to call the script, but I don't know how you do this. Is it possible for the cron.php to be able to have settings to run automatically every 5 mins?
So basically, I can run cron.php once a week, but is it possible to set the timing within this script?
Sorry if I'm not too clear here - I am not familiar with cgi, php or UNIX commands. But the Moodle itself is running perfectly.
