The web admins aren't receiving confirmation emails/notification when a student enrolls in a course. The student gets a confirmation email, but not the admins. The admins do get an email from authorize.net, but nothing from Joomla/Joomdle.
I'm new to Moodle, so sorry if I'm missing something obvious.
This was an issue previusly after moodle 2.0 came out. But according to the tracker, it is fixed.

I just set up this plugin.
A few questions:
- The requester is getting an email, once the manager confirms, but the manager is not getting an email. How can I fix this?
- Is there a way to make the confirm method one of the defaults for every course?
- Where can I find more documentation?
