Additional html head cannot be saved

Hi folk,

I'm not sure if this is an appropriate forum, but I post here as it is related to themes.

Problem: I have a hard time saving the content of additional html head (Admin -> Apperances -> Additional HTML). 

How many times I save the renewed content, the previous content comes back like a zombie. Could this be a bug? I'm using Moodle 2.4.1 (Build: 20130114).

Never mind, the head string was written in config.php, that is why I could not erase it.
