I'm looking to expand tech support to 24/7 for our students and need to outsource some tech support. I don't use Moodle partners for hosting and the last time I checked they mainly support their own hosting clients. I'm mainly looking for general computer/browser/plugin installed incorrectly kind of stuff as opposed to "Moodle" specific although that would be beneficial.
Just curious what other schools were doing that don't self contain all tech support in house? Just for context, we close almost all support tickets during normal business hours in less than 10 minutes so I'm not looking for an email response in two-three hours kind of setup.
