Feedback

Hi, Currently I have a course where the students read a scrom course and then go to to a feebback, this is just one question and the only option is to accept. This them emails me and it is kept as proof that they have read the course (so if they didn't and did something wrong , we can wave this piece of paper at them). This is too difficult for people and i want to try and make it easier. if I can. i am creating a course using articluate storyline which I will upload as a scorm, within this i will add a web object which will take me to this acceptance page. However, I can't get rid of the settings block on this page. i would like to be able to view the feedback with only the question and noe of the web page features in it. Is it possilble?
