no error message but blank page shown when wrong password or username

Hi,

I'm using Moodle 1.9.19+ When I enter incorrect username or password, I have got blank page, no error message is shown. What causes this and how can I solve this problem? Can anyone help me?

Hello Nuri,

What kind of authentication are you using? Also you might want to look into your apache error logs on the server. There might be an error message there.
