Has anybody found a solution to this issue we are having in Moodle 2.3.4+ and Moodle 2.4.1+. The problem occurs when adding an item from the Equella repository.
When you go to add an item from Equella, you are able to search through the Equella repository without problem, however once you’ve found your file and attempt to click “Select this file” you get a white screen.
However if you backspace at this point you are returned to the insert window as shown below, and from here Moodle works without problem.
The problem only seems to be occurring in Internet Explorer, whereas Chrome seems to work fine.
