You have basically two options when it comes to providing teacher's assessment.

You can assign the teacher role the permission mod/workshop:peerassess. Then the random allocator will include you when it allocates submissions for assessment (with the default weight though).

Alternatively, as a teacher during the assessment phase, just open any submission and you should see the button "Assess" displayed right below it. Pressing the button will 1) allocate the submission to be assessed by yourself and 2) open the assessment form immediately (so even if you press "Cancel" at that assessment form, the submission will be still allocated to you).
