I do need your help again.
I installed Moodle on my local computer but when I tried to use it the next day
I got the following message:
Error: Moodle could not connect to the database.

> Database host: localhost
> Database name: moodle
> Database user: root
I tried to change the option on the server to have both Apache
> and MySql operate together but I could not change the mysql status
from stopped to working.
Please help.
