I have a scenario I would like to use but I am stuck, hopefully this can be done.
I am able to get SSO working so thats no problem.
I have 10 Colleges all using Moodle, I would like to create another Moodle called "Resources" which holds some documents for Staff and Students.
I would like Staff to be able to click on a link in the Network Servers Block, this will take them to the new Resources Moodle and be able to see some courses which holds information only relevant to them but I would also like for students to be able to click the same link in Network Servers and be taken to the same Resources Moodle and only see courses relevant to them.
Would it be possible for me to create 2 New System Roles in a College Moodle, one called Staff and the other called Students and if that student or staff member is is in either role then that will be reflected through to the Resources Moodle ?
If this makes no sense, please let me know and I will try to explain a little better.
