thanks for your question and for supplying a file to test on.
The message was caused by a bug in the HotPot question import script. When setting the question type, it was using the obsoleted MATCH constant instead of the string "match". Sorry about that
I have fixed the bug and updated the GIT, CVS and Moodle.org plugins repositories.
