Bad URL in mymobile blocks link causing white screen of death

When I click the "Blocks" button on the front page of our Moodle site (and other pages as well), I get a white screen of death. I've figure out that the reason is that I am being directed to the URL "https://mymoodlesite.edu/#/?mymobile_blocks=true". If I change the URL to "https://mymoodlesite.edu/?mymobile_blocks=true" then I am taken to the appropriate screen.

Does anyone know why it might be doing this and how I can make it stop?

Thank you,

Rebecca

Dear Rebecca and Amy,

What version and release of Moodle are you using?

A quick workaround is to refresh the page with the 'Blocks' link causing the issue before clicking on it.

Cheers,

Gareth

Our site pages use https. We are also using an analytic program that was hosted at another IP address—one without an https certificate. The unsecured content was causing the javascript to have problems. When the javascript is working correctly, the page redirects to the wonky address, and then back to the correct address, resulting in a successful page load.
