I've got my questionnaire set to fullname. It's not showing any names. Just the answer. When I do the CSV download, and open it in Excel, again it is not showing names, just the user number assigned by the database. Also, in Excel, there is a field called "submitted," which shows only something like this: 2.00504E+13. Now I know Excel usually shows things like this when a numerical field is larger than the space allotted for it, but I stretched the field across the page and it makes no difference.

Actually that number is time (yyyymmddhhmmss). Try to change the cell format to numerical value (not to date or time).

I think the fullname option was modified to include the Moodle user id instead of the fullname. I will check this and fix it so that the name is available.

If you choose one of the formatting strings in EXCEL for cell formatting
(try the ones associated to percent) you will be able to display the
string (2.00504E+13) as:
20050423141408 -> that would be 2005.04.23 14:14:08 I guess
