How can users save completed quizzes to PDF?

Once a student has completed a quiz and it has been graded and given feedback, is there an easy way for them to save (for their own records) a copy of this quiz including the questions, their responses and feedback given? Ideally, to PDF... but I'll take any file format at this time.

After the quiz, you can review the attempt, and click the "Show all on one page" link. That gets you the information you want on-screen.

Then you have two options:

  1. Save as... -> Web page, complete (or whatever your web browser calls it).
  2. Use any generic tool for printing web pages to a PDF file.
