I have completed the translation of all php lang files for the 1.43 and 1.44 versions.

The moodle.php, calendar.php and block_online_users came from cvs.  But I modified moodle.php.

No change to help and docs.

Thanks to Koen for committing the earlier post.

I am moving on to 1.55.
