I think you confuse a bit enrolment (the process of being part of a course) and authentification (the process of loging into moodle).
I think the page you mean is the login page where on the left side is the login form and on the right side the instructions of how to get an account (for login).
If you did not change any settings, this login screen shoudl be accessible the same way as before. Most easy is you post the adress of your moodle installation here and I can take a look regarding this page and if you maybe need to change some settings.
