We have just upgraded our Moodle 2.2 to 2.4. Everything went well. But now we have discovered a major issue with restore. All attempt to restore from any backup (even with backup 2.4) failed. Moolde just hung during the restore process, and eventually the server time out. We even try to retore with a tiny backup (< 20MB). Our envrionment is
IIS 7.5
PHP 5.4 with FastCGI
MS SQL 2008
Everything was working fine under 2.2 until we upgraded. We have tried to increase the Request timeout on Fast-CGI but that doesn't seem to matter.
