I encountered a problem while patching Quiz OMR patch to Moodle. I have attached the screen shot of the error screen. Please tell me how to solve this problem.

Hello,
Most probably the patch is not done for the version of Moodle you want to patch.
To my best knowledge Quiz OMR has not been upgraded since several years.
Is somebody still using it ?
