There are several things wrong here.

First, the link has to look like

<a href="sub.html">Link text here</a>

Not

<a href="http://www.learningidentive-group/lms/sub.htm">Link text here</a>

Second, you must have the "Use slash arguments" option turn on (Site administration ► Server ► HTTP) or this will not work at all.
