I am having trouble accessing the reports for quizes I have created. I have triple-checked my configurations, and everything appears to be configured so that my admin account would have access to them.
Upon attmepting to view the reports, I see the error message attached.
Are there any common mis/conflicting configurations that you would suggest I check?
Please turn on Debugging to see if that produces a more helpful error message.
I received the same message as above and when i turned on Debugging I received this message.
Fatal error: Using $this when not in object context in /home2/chattao8/public_html/mod/quiz/report/reportlib.php on line 416
Any clues?

This is a bug wich has been corrected in Moodle 2.3.1 on July 6th 2012 (see MDL-34054) so you need to upgrade you Moodle.
