I'm working with the Moodle database directly (which is currently up to date).  I'd like to enable 'self completion' and add a 'self completion' block on all courses selected in the database.  What are the tables and fieldnames that I need to know in order to do this from the database?

There may be other required tables, but at the very least, you'll need prefix_course_completion_criteria and prefix_course_completions
