We cannot get email notifications of quiz completions sent to the teachers.  Here are the settings that we have already changed as the result of previous suggestions.

Those settings look right.

Do other messages sent by your Moodle work? (Create a test forum, subscribe to it, then make a post. Do you get the email?)

Is cron running on your server?
