I'm using Moodle 2.4 & I would like visitors to simply click on a course on the front page & be taken to the course as guests without having to login as a guest.
I see that this should be possible with:
In Settings > Site administration > Users > Permissions > User policies, you can tick the box so that visitors are automatically logged in as guests when accessing a course with guest access (i.e. they don't have to click the "login as guest button".
Unfortunately this isn't happening as they are still presented with the login as guest link on clicking on the course.
Each of the courses has 'allow guest access'.
Any ideas would be appreciated - thanks.
