An interisting problem has recently come to my attention. One of our users finds it impossible to move actions or resources from one topic to another. He is using an HP laptop tablet computer with Windows 7 and Google Chrome. When clicking on the "move" icon he gets an image of a circle with a diagnal bar inside it, and of course the resource did not move to another topic. I tried to duplicate this on a desktop computer running Windows 7 with Google Chrome (same version) with the same course and everything worked properly.
BTW We are running Moodle 2.3.3
Any insight into this problem would be appriciated.
