There is something very strange in your problem :
- The 500 Internal server Error points to a server side problem
- But you say that it happens in IE and FF, but it usually works on an iPad wich point to a client side problem
So I am rather puzzled. Do you have the algebra filter activated ? If yes can you deactivate it and see if it solves the problem ?
You say your question were imported from Examview but can you tell wich format was used when exporting from Examview and how the file was then imported into Moodle ?
