While adding a course and activity I'm getting a error as "Type Error:M.util.help_icon.setup is not a function".
Please advice to get this resolve.

I am also getting this type of error, while adding scrom activity on course view page.
TypeError: M.util.help_icon.setup is not a function [Break On This Error] M.util.help_icon.setup(Y);
any idea why this happens?
Any help would be appreciated.

what's the setup and most of all exact Moodle version?

We have got solution.
There was some version problem.
Development version was 2.3.2 and Production version was 2.3.3.
