I am trying to import questions to the question bank in Moodle 2.3.2 (Build: 20120910.

It doesn't show me any tabs. Is there an option I need to enable to do it?

I just got it now. I have to extend the Question Bank to see the rest of options.

Yes. If you have just moved from Moodle 1.9, then it takes a while to get in the habit of looking for everything in the Settings block.
