Problems with images in activity modules when restoring a course backup

Hi,

I backed up my course from Moodle version 2.3.3. When I restored it in another server with the same version of Moodle, images in lessons and questions don't show up. 

I tried to check what was happening. In the editing window, I select the empy space where the image is supposed to be, and I can see the path, vgr.: src="http://facmed.buap.mx/moodle/file.php/59/Imagenes/segmentosPulmon.JPG" . Am I going to need to re-upload the imagesmanually ?
