I would like to know if its possible to have multiples themes in moodle as per roles.
For Example, for My students I would like to have anomaly theme and administrators to have standard theme.

At the moment its not possible to set themes by role across the site, because roles are often set on a course by course basis.
However you could apply the anomaly theme to the whole site and then allow User themes and apply the standard theme for the individuals you have set as administrators across the site.
