In Google Calendar, I setup a "add by URL" calendar in an attempt to synch Moodle cal with google cal.  It is not working and now I need to delete the moodle calendar listed in google because I mistakenly set it to public.  google doesn't give an option to do this.  Can anyone advise me on how to proceed?  one option I could take is to delete and then recreate the calendar in my moodle course.  Is there a better way to handle this?  The best way is to be able to delete the calendar in google but I cannot find a way to do this.  It seems like a real security problem to me.

No, I cannot get moodle calendar items to transfer into google.  Google calendar items are transfering into Moodle calendar.  It is only working one way for me.

Now I have another issue.  While working on this, I created a calendar in google using "add by URL" and made the mistake of making it public.  I need to find a way of deleting this calendar.  I don't know if it is a security issue or if other people can see it.

  1. Click the arrow to the right of "Other calendars" along the left side.  
  2. Click on "Settings".
  3. If not already selected, select the "Calendars" tab
  4. Delete your calendar from here
