Is it possible to receive email notifications of replies to ones own discussion posts intead of subscribing to see every post in every discussion in a forum?

Hello Moodle community!
I have a problem in sending information through the forum.
Get information on the delivery of student work in my email so by sending the note.
For the forum, when I put a piece of information for students receiving they just do not receive it. Only anontece this in the forums.
Cron already synchronized on the server for 30 minutes and still does not send the message forum.
I'm using version 2.3.3 of moodle. Is it a bug in this version.
If someone could help me grateful because it is the only way to communicate with users. Is there a block that you can install to make only sending messages?
