Upgrade from 2.3.3 to 2.4 problem with menu

After upgrade I have a problem with menu - the "Administration" menu is inactive - I see It, but I can't do anuthing with It. The problem appears with any theme I choose (i can change themes only by direct link). Do you have any ideas what happened?

We are seeing the same issue.  In addition, we have lost the left sidebar docked blocks - they're just gone.

An update - we went into the Theme settings and disabled the use of the dock - which restored the blocks in the normal block areas.  This seems to have addressed the issue for the time being - but it looks like something's wrong with the dock and blocks in 2.4.  I hope there's a speedy resolution, as the dock option is pretty handy.
