How do I or can I print out my complete "lesson"

Is there a way to print out the entire lesson at once or do you have to do it one slide at a time?

I am using Moodle 1.9.10

Hi James,

Not sure what you mean by "print out the entire lesson at once" nor "one slide at a time"?!

What kind of lesson is it? Does it consist only of Content (Table branch) pages? Please provide more details.

Yes it is only content consisting of individual branch table page.

I am wondering if I can print paper copies of the entire lesson content at once or the individual pages or if it can be done at all.
