Issue with docked block on-hover event not working in 2.3

Hey all.

I'm using version 2.3 with and have run into an IE specific issue with docked blocks.  Hovering the block is supposed to produce an on-hover even that has a box with my block's options in it.  This works just fine in Firefox, Chrome, and Safari.  However, in IE, the on-hover event only ever produces the outline of the box that should contain the block's options.

When docking multiple blocks and hovering over each one on the dock, the outline of the box is the correct size.  That is to say, it displays the same size outline as it displays on the other browsers, it simply doesn't fill it in with the content.

Does anyone have any experience with this as an IE issue, a issue with themes altogether in 2.3/IE, YUI, or perhaps even a z-axis issue?  I read a bit about people getting "!important" happy in their stylings to brute force some things, but it was with an unrelated issue so I'm not sure that it's the solution I need.

Any help would be most appreciated.
