I have set up a new glossary ensuring that it is defined as Global and has got the Automatically link glossary entries box checked. It is the primary glossary.
All individual glossary terms have got the "This entry should be automatically linked" box checked, yet despite the above none of the glossary terms are links.
Am I missing a step here - can anyone help?

Have you activated the glossary auto-linking filter in Admin > Configuration > Filters?
