May you live in peace Emma!
Thank you for your nice tip. Sorry, I forgot to mention that I am using verion 2.3. I did receive this tip from some websites. The only issue I have is that the images are in a repository. I was figuring out a way to use those images rather than uploading them. In moodle 1.9+, we used to select a directory in moodledata while creating a folder resource. Then, the folder resource used to show contents of that directory. I think, this has changed in Moodle 2. I am actually looking for that functionality if it is possible in Moodle 2.
The major difference in both the cases is that:
if I create a folder resource by uploading images, the images will become a part of course. If I want them in more courses, they will get duplicated. Later, if I need to update some of them, I shall need to replace them in all the courses. Similarly, to add more images at a later stage, I shall have to add them to all the courses.
But, if we could figure out a way so that folder resource shows contents of a directory in a repository, we shall need to update content in repository and all courses will reflect this change.
Is there a way to get this functionality in Moodle 2?
