I need to learn how to do some complex reporting - across sites and custom fields and I want to learn the best way to customize the user profiles to fit my organization to allow for that kind of reporting.
My organization is non-profit and so can't spring for one of the high-end add-ons to Moodle, but it can afford to give me some training so that I can learn how to do these things with a standard Moodle installation.
Does anyone know of a company that offers this type of online training?
I think most Moodle partners, such as the one I work for, offer this type of training. The admin training Synergy offer is based on the reference book written by one of the company founders, Alex Buchner. https://moodle.org/mod/data/view.php?d=55&rid=5156. I'm sure we could work out a training programme for you to meet thise requirements.

Note that this specifcally for MySQL (other SQL standards can be quite different, you didn't mention what you are using).
