Since phpMyAdmin automates this collate command (which I couldn't get to work from the CLI) I thought it would save someone some time to mention this before the paragraph beginning "Alternatively".

There is something else in the same section which need to be corrected:
"If your Moodle site is version 1.5 or older then it's telling the truth." in
