Enrolment

Hi there
I'experiencing some problem installing a enrol plugin in moodle.

The plugin is enrol_joomdle downloaded from joomdle wesite, I beleive is the same cose of enrol_signup.
The plugin appears in the plugins overview but not in the enrollment plugins section and I cannot enable it.
Is anyone had the same problem?
