We have a few quiz modules setup on our site. The quiz is set to trigger random questions from the multiple sub categories within question bank for that quiz. Everything works fine, but we have requirement reading some reports...
- Questions that were triggred per sub category to the user and whether these were answered correctly or not.
- Most missed/incorrectly answered question per sub category.
Also how and where does moodle store the information about the questions and answers that the user has answered in the quiz.
Any help on how to achieve these would be greatly appreciated.
I am using Moodle 2.1..
